General Conditions:

1. The rules shall apply to the employees of Buraydah Private Colleges from faculty members researchers.
2. The award shall be granted to the research published after the date of approval of these rules.
3. The applicant must be on the job at the Buraydah Private Colleges when the application is submitted.
4. The published research submitted for the award must be approved by Departmental Council and College Council to which the applicant belongs.
5. It is necessary to have Buraydah Private Colleges' name in the affiliation/address of the applicant.
6. Publication will not be considered for the award until it appears in Web of Science with correct affiliation to the Buraydah Private Colleges name.
7. The accepted research must be an article (Article type) according to Web of Science.
8. The researcher may apply for more than one research per year. 
9. If the researcher has two different affiliations on the paper, Buraydah Private Colleges must be the first affiliation and the college's e-mail address must be mentioned in the paper.
10. In case of more than one researcher from the colleges have the same paper just one of the authors can apply for the award.
